Honorary Life Membership

TADSA Honorary Life Membership is a special award for any individual or organisation in recognition of outstanding service or support of TADSA.

"A small group of engineers here independently contacted TAD in New South Wales expressing an interest in their activities and enquired about a branch in Adelaide.  They were Messrs T. Cody, A. Downing, K. Neylon and J. Cappo".

In recognition of the work and ideas initiated in setting up TAD in South Australia in 1977, Honorary Life Memberships have been awarded to -

Professor Andrew Downing - December, 2011

Is recognised as one of the four engineers who started TADSA in 1977 and was an original committee member.  His membership and support has continued ever since.

Terence Cody - 6th December, 2011

Is recognised as one of the original engineers who started TADSA in 1977.  He was our original Treasurer and Chairman from 1980-1984.  His membership and support has continued ever since.

 

Hon. Life Member Michael Wooley

Michael Wooley - 23rd September, 2011

Is recognised for outstanding service and support over many years as an inaugural member (1978 onwards) and as Chairman 1989-1992 of TADSA.  His membership and support has continued ever since.
