Service Excellence Program - Internationally Accredited Standards

TADSA has recently achieved the Certificate Level of the Service Excellence Program.  Areas for audit included three key categories:

1. Leadership and Management
2. People, Partnership and Communication; and
3. Service Provision

We are proud of our achievement and will continue to monitor and maintain the program.
