TADSA Strategic Plan & Service Delivery Values

Strategic Plan 2011 – 2014

Preface

Technical Aid to the Disabled (SA) Inc (TADSA) is a unique organisation that aims to provide specialised custom-made equipment to people with disabilities where there is no other source.  For over 30 years, we have been fulfilling this role due to the expertise and dedication of its staff and volunteer members.  We see ourselves as a valued and essential component of the Disability Community and will work towards maintaining our status.

The Plan

TADSA will work towards developing and maintaining itself as :

1.         A valuable and viable Organization to all stakeholders

2.         An innovator in design, manufacture and supply of equipment

for people with disabilities

3.         A financially sustainable Organization

4.         An Organization committed to its clients, staff and volunteers

To these ends, TADSA will work to an annual planning cycle developed from all sources with a vested interest, including Management Committee, staff, volunteers, clients and those who assist them, other support organisations and the SA and Federal Governments.

The Strategic and Business Plans will act as guides to the future direction and the means to achieve it.
