Description

Herb Valley's Arthri Relief contains Glucosamine in addition to well-known minerals and herbs to assist in the reduction of inflammation within the musculoskeletal system.

Glucosamine, a sugar produced in the body and found in small amounts in foods, plays a vital role in maintaining cartilage, the gel-like material that cushions joints. Glucosamine may help to relieve the pain, stiffness, and swelling of arthritic conditions.

Minerals have been added for extra benefit.

Manganese is included to increase absorption of the glucosamine and aid relief of muscular pain.

Copper is required for the health of connective tissues.

Zinc assists with bone formation and may alleviate swelling.

The herbs Boswellia, Ginger and Gotu Kola have been included for their strong anti-inflammatory action. These have been used traditionally to assist in increasing the blood flow to problem areas encouraging the repair of damaged tissue and
therefore reducing inflammation.

None of the ingredients contain gluten.

Recommended Daily Dosage for Adults

Take one tablet in the morning and one tablet in the evening with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Medicine Interactions

WARFARIN - glucosamine may increase the risk of bleeding with warfarin. Seek medical advice if taking warfarin.

TETRACYCLINES - Zinc salts reduce the absorption, and therefore the effect, of oral tetracyclines. Cautions and Warnings

POTASSIUM - If you have kidney disease, or are taking heart or blood pressure medicines, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use. Keep out of reach of children.

SEAFOOD - Derived from seafood - For sufferers of seafood allergies glucosamine sulphate is derived from marine sources (crustacean shells). Not recommended for people with seafood allergies.

GINGER - individuals taking anticoagulants or at the risk of bleeding problems should seek medical advice before taking this product.

Not recommended for use during pregnancy or whilst lactating.
