The things that AT can do is beyond measure. The parents of a young client wanted a table which their little girl in wheelchair can reach to write, paint, draw and do her craft work and even play with water. They wanted the agility of this being fitted with a tub that was used for water play with her favourite toys. TADSA ‘maker’ Greg did this beautiful accessible table which is compatible to be used in any seating position (wheelchair or general seating). It was height-adjusted with telescopic legs and rubber edging. His smart make included a cut-out for the tub with the requirement that it be close to the edge for easy reach. The table was made of plywood with adequate strengthening. What a world of difference it made in the lives of this happy family!
