A year of change and growing pains was how Chairperson Antonia Karydis-Frisan expressed the year in review. “Inspite of the challenges that change has delivered, the TADSA family continues to give from the heart to the South Australian community after 41 years. “My experience with TADSA has been amazing and rewarding and has changed my life in many ways”, she said. “As a TADSA Board member and in the privileged position of Chair I see endless and exciting opportunities awaiting TADSA. Fundamentally TADSA as a solutions provider must continue to meet the needs and demands of our community. Therefore, exciting challenges ahead for TADSA include connecting with national and local audiences, customers, referrers, partners, philantrhopic supporters, the state and federal governments, amongst other. Encouraging such diverse connections will make sure TADSA not only remains relevant but is able to take full advantage of its impact to ensure a sustainable future.
