Kelly had an Oxygenator that was attached to the rear of her wheelchair. The medical device had the risk of falling off when the seat is tilted while Kelly also needed a sufficient way to hold it closed when not in use. The Velcro securing the device had the tendency to get released as it was worn out. Glen our new ‘maker’ from TADSA created a clever wheelchair mounting kit inclusive of a mounting plate held strong by a leather offcut assembly. He also incorporated a spring and tension combo to allow a controlled range of movement and flexibility to the device when Kelly is on the move. Kelly was very satisfied with her customized mounting and says she feels free as a bird to move around and travel on any road on her wheelchair!
