Young Kenny loves his outdoor walking expeditions, bird watching, bush treks and is adventurous as can be. He came to us with mum wanting special wheels on his walker which then had narrow rigid wheels that caused Kenny a lot of pain on his hands, elbows and shoulders when walking on uneven ground. John Stevens from TAD had the perfect solution for Kenny. He modified the walker frame and also fixed thicker ‘off road’ wheels. The bigger ‘rollers’ are comfortable to push and are easier to roll on gravel, cobblestone and even mud. Kenny is more than excited with his XL wheels as he is now able to traverse obstacles like curbs and even go near the lakes to enjoy nature and all its glory.
