Our client, Vincent has a coil spring chair which is therapeutic, allowing him a smoother and comforting rocking motion. However, his mother noted that the rocking function was dwindling owing to Vincent’s physical growth. John from TADSA made a call at Vincent’s house to make a detailed assessment. In his own little ‘tech’ warehouse at home, John realigned the rocking chair and while doing so, he also adjusted the pivot point of the chair by lowering the top surface towards the pivot base. This made the chair much safer while enhancing the forward and rearward rocking portion. He then replaced the old worn-out springs with new ones which are thicker and stronger. Vincent is ‘rocking’ and frolicking happy and feels safe to use his rocking chair more often.
