Four Foundations One Shared Vision

In 2026, TADSA secured a significant three-year collaborative funding commitment from the Beluga Foundation, Day Family Foundation, Spicer Cottages Trust and CMV Group Foundation, following TADSA’s selection as a Top Five Finalist at the Impact100 SA Awards in October 2025. The opportunity to showcase the work of TADSA’s technical volunteer workforce to an audience of more than 250 philanthropists became the catalyst for this collective investment.

Following the initial support of the Day Family Foundation and Beluga Foundation, philanthropy advocate Mr Geoff Day OAM was instrumental in introducing TADSA to Spicer Cottages Trust and the CMV Group Foundation, resulting in a unique collaborative funding partnership focused on building TADSA’s capacity and expanding its reach across South Australia. Together, these four foundations have recognised the importance of strengthening TADSA’s organisational capacity to meet growing demand for customised assistive technology solutions throughout the state.

The funding will support the transition of a critical operational role from more than 16 years of volunteer leadership to a dedicated paid position, while also enabling TADSA to expand access to its services in regional communities. This investment will provide the organisational backbone needed to support regional growth, strengthen long-term sustainability and enhance TADSA’s ability to respond to increasing demand.

The transition of this role marks an important milestone in TADSA’s evolution. It reflects a shared commitment to ensuring that people living with disability, regardless of where they live, can continue to benefit from innovative, customised assistive technology solutions that support independence, participation and inclusion.

TADSA CEO, Tracey Watters says “This partnership represents more than financial support. It is a shared investment in TADSA’s future capacity, ensuring we can continue meeting community needs, expand our reach into regional South Australia, and build on the extraordinary legacy of our volunteer workforce.”

TADSA proudly acknowledges the Beluga Foundation, Day Family Foundation, Spicer Cottages Trust and CMV Group Foundation as the Founding Partners of the TADSA Capacity Building Initiative. Their support extends far beyond funding a position. It is an investment in TADSA’s future capability, sustainability and impact, helping ensure that more South Australians living with disability can access life-changing assistive technology solutions for years to come.

Together, we are building a stronger and more sustainable future for TADSA and the communities we serve.
