TADSA is a registered provider with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). Our Provider Registration Number is 93543924. Participants in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) can be confident TADSA has met requirements regarding experience and capacity to provide assistive products for personal care and safety, personal mobility equipment, assistive equipment for recreation, and assistive products for household tasks. Prospective clients, whether disabled or facing age-related challenges, will be carefully consulted, and will be able to determine their level of involvement in the design of equipment custom made to improve their mobility and/or capacity to undertake particular tasks. We have two main areas of service:

• Design and construction of equipment which is not commercially available
• Modification of commercially available equipment

Your funding can be used towards TADSA providing solutions in the following areas:

• Assistive equipment for personal care and safety
• Assistive equipment for recreation and leisure
• Personal mobility equipment
