TADSA assisted me to get covers to put on my wheels so that I don’t put marks on the lawn-bowls greens when I play lawn bowls. In the past, they designed and built a fishing rod and reel that I could use to fish off the jetty. These were both really important solutions to problems that enabled me to enjoy recreational pursuits that I love and would not have been possible without their help.

Volunteers

TADSA is committed to helping people with disabilities or who are getting older. Without volunteers we couldn’t make this happen.

Volunteers bring their technical skills, their sheds, their ingenuity and their passion to help.  Typical skill sets include metalwork, woodwork, plastics, electronics, fabrics and bicycle mechanics. There is no cost in becoming a volunteer and we cover your activities with volunteer insurance. Read More
